In a village, 12-year-old Aarav and friends participate in annual Mango Festival hunt, searching for rare golden mango. They face challenges, rivalries, learn teamwork, festival’s meaning of unity. They find mango, strengthen bonds. After more than a decade of its release, Son of Sardaar (2012) is gearing up for a sequel. Yet, the project has been facing a number of troubles.
